The Hollywood and entertainment industry was sent in utter shock after learning that Matthew Perry was no more. The actor was found unconscious in the hot tub at his residence in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles.

Matthew Perry starred in Friends from the year 1994 to 2004. Now, two days after the actor’s sudden death, his Friends castmates are remembering and mourning their beloved Chandler Bing.
Hollywood biggies Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, and Jennifer Aniston who are the other five Friends in the famous NBC sitcom have paid tribute to one of their own.
The cast of the hit American sitcom has issued their first formal statement after the death of their former co-star Matthew Perry.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the famous cast members released a joint statement Monday saying they are “utterly devastated” by the loss of Matthew Perry.
“We were more than just castmates,” they said in their statement adding “we are a family.” The actors who enjoy a large fanbase said there is so much “to say” but right now they are going to “grieve and process” the unfathomable loss.
The sitcom Friends which became a huge success in the 90s is still very popular among several generations. The cast of the show added “our thoughts and our love” are with Matthew’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved the actor around the world.

The emotional tribute was signed by all five of Matthew Perry’s co-stars including Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc.
Amid a successful career, the actor also battled alcohol and substance abuse for several years. Matthew also opened up about his addiction in his memoir, titled Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing which was released last year.
