Captured on Instagram, the Meta CEO captures the back of his daughter’s head through the integrated video recording feature in his smart eyewear. “Hey Meta, how do you make a braid,” he queries, initiating the instructional process.

A gentle voice then proceeds to guide Zuckerberg through the process, breaking it down into three simple steps: brushing the hair, dividing it into three sections, and crossing the right and left segments over the middle, respectively. Amid his attempt to style his daughter’s hair, he playfully quips, “Well, here goes nothing. I’m not the most experienced braider, but I think we can get this done!”

In the caption of the video, Zuckerberg expresses his achievement, writing, “Finally learned to braid. Thanks, Meta AI.”

Towards the conclusion of the video, Zuckerberg seamlessly commands the smart glasses to capture a snapshot of his handiwork and effortlessly send it to his wife, Priscilla Chan.

Just shared a day ago, the clip has swiftly garnered a whopping 82,000 likes and has been viewed over 1.5 million times. His followers were charmed by the heartwarming display of father-daughter bonding showcased in the video.

“This is one of your most beautiful creations,” wrote one user. “Haha, the mini-boss lady’s perfect rubber band pass was on point! You’re Hired!” chimed in another.

A third user commented, “Adorable and one of the most important skills for sure,” while another user added, “In India, we learn this from our Mother or Grandmother at a very young age… but yes, Meta AI should help fathers for sure.”

Zuckerberg and Chan have been married since 2012 and are the proud parents of three daughters – Maxima (7), August (5), and the youngest addition, Aurelia, born in March 2023.
