
Huawei has introduced its latest wearable, the Eyewear 2, during a formal event held in Barcelona. The Eyewear 2 smart glasses represent a significant advancement from its predecessor, which was launched in December 2021, and boast a range of exciting new features.

The Eyewear 2 maintains the convenience of touch gesture control on the arm. Additionally, it boasts a built-in speaker for enhanced functionality. It comes with triple noise cancellation feature, which guarantees clear voice calls.
A significant enhancement is the impressive battery life, providing up to eleven hours of music playback and nine hours of call time. Furthermore, its rapid charging capability is noteworthy, as a mere 10 minutes of charging yields three hours of usage, with a full charge taking only 50 minutes, reports GizmoChina.
These glasses come with a lightweight titanium frame, weighing a mere 4.7 grams, offering both style and comfort. Users may even select Zeiss prescription lenses, blending fashion with practicality. With an IP54 rating, the Eyewear 2 is water-resistant, rendering it suitable for daily use.
The Eyewear 2 seamlessly integrates with iOS, Android, and Windows devices via Bluetooth, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of platforms.
For those eager to acquire the Eyewear 2, it is scheduled to launch in the EU on October 18, commencing at €300 (~US$258). Details regarding global availability are currently undisclosed.
Huawei recently unveiled its latest foldable phone, the Mate X5, in China. The device boasts a 7.85-inch LTPO OLED internal display and a 6.4-inch OLED LTPO external screen.
It is offered in a variety of colors, such as Feather Sand White, Feather Sand Black, Feather Sand Gold, Aoyama Dai (Green), and Phantom Purple (translated from Chinese). The 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB models are both available for pre-order, with a deposit of CNY 1,000 required.
