Once Quiet Mode is enabled, your activity status will be represented by a moon icon, and individuals attempting to contact you will be notified of your Quiet Mode status.
Additionally, an automated message will be sent to them indicating that you are not receiving notifications for their message. This feature allows you to inform your acquaintances that you are taking a break and prevent any unwarranted interruptions. To activate Quiet Mode on Instagram, follow these step-by-step instructions:
– Begin by opening the Instagram app and tapping on your profile picture icon located at the bottom right corner.
– Next, tap on the three-bar icon positioned at the top right corner and select Settings and Privacy.
– Within the Settings and Privacy menu, locate and tap on Notifications, then proceed to tap on Quiet Mode.
– Once in the Quiet Mode settings, toggle on the Quiet Mode switch and select the desired duration for its activation. Additionally, you can customize the start and end time of Quiet Mode by tapping on the clock icon.
– Finally, tap on Done to save your changes and activate Quiet Mode.
