Portuguese footballer and Saudi club, Al Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo had an epic reaction to WWE legend The Undertaker’s dramatic entrance for a friendly match in Riyadh.

On Thursday, February 8, 2024, WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker made a surprise and dramatic appearance in Saudi Arabia to present the Riyadh Season Cup trophy ahead of a friendly match between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal.

The final friendly Riyadh Season Cup game was held at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh in the presence of the American retired professional wrestler, Mark William Calaway, better known by his ring name The Undertaker.

The now-viral video sees the icon making a bizarre entrance in Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Arena with the players from each team lined up. As the 58-year-old made his trademark slow and eerie walk to pick up the trophy, Ronaldo and others watched the wrestling legend with all smiles.

A video of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner laughing and watching the former WWE champion lifting the trophy before facing Al-Hilal has been hugely shared on the internet. Take a look:

Al Nassr’s friendly game however turned into an upset as the Cristiano Ronaldo-led suffered a 2-0 defeat to Al-Hilal. Goals from Sergej Milinković-Savić and Salem Aldawsari helped Al-Hilal to victory.

After facing Al-Hilal, Ronaldo and his team Al-Nassr will prepare for the AFC Champions League knockout game. The first leg between Al Nassr and Al-Feiha takes place on February 14, 2024.

Meanwhile, The Undertaker officially retired from the WWE at the age of 55 on November 22, 2020, after a stellar career spanning over 30 years.
